Eachsystem is tested and certified by Scsistuff. Scsistuff offers the finest rebuilt and recertifed Dell tape libraries.(114T, 124T, TL2000, TL4000, ML6000 series}
Our warranty includes replacement of failed parts for a one yearperiod. Next day replacement of the drives, controller,picker assembly, and power supply.
The end user must be able to access the libary to diagnose and installthe failed component. If unable to access the library contact Dell tobuy a system with on site technical assistance.
Failure of the chassis electronics will require a 5 day groundshipment. This library includes phone support forinstallation. (driver support on all versions of Veritas)
Longer warranties are available as are Dell warranties on specifiedlibraries.
