Our warranty includes replacement of failed parts for a one yearperiod. Next day replacement of the drive, controller, pickerassembly, and power supply.
The end user must be able to access the libary to diagnose and installthe failed component. If unable to access the library contact Dell tobuy a system with on site technical assistance.
Failure of the chassis electronics will require a 5 day groundshipment. This library includes phone support forinstallation. ( driver support on all versions of Veritas)
Longer warranties are available as are Dell warranties on specifiedlibraries.

Warranty software support consists of the physical setup and use of thelibrary under Windows 2003/2008 using Backup or Veritas thru12.x.
Next day replacement of drive, power supply, controller after diagnosisof failure.
This must occur prior to 3PM CST in order for the part to ship.
If the entire library needs replacement, shipment via ground servicecan require up to 5 days.
