Scsistuff offers the finest rebuilt and recertifed Dell tape libraries.(114T, 124T, TL2000, TL4000, ML6000 series}
Our warranty includes replacement of failed parts for a one year period. Next day replacement of the drives, controller, picker assembly, and power supply.
The end user must be able to access the library to diagnose and install the failed component. If unable to access the library contact Dell tobuy a system with on site technical assistance.
Failure of the chassis electronics will require a 5 day ground shipment. This library includes phone support for installation. ( driver support on all versions of Veritas)
Longer warranties are available as are Dell warranties on specified libraries.
