PERC 5/i, 3.5" x 4 Backplane, Integrated RAID controller card is installed. This controller card supports SAS/SATA hardware RAID for the internal drives. This controller does not support external devices, such as MD 1000 or MD 3000 storage arrays.

Up to Four (4) Internal 3.5" SAS or SATA hard drives can be installed in the PowerEdge 2950. The server on this auction comes with the following hard drives installed:
